Cuts to Medicare will hit nursing homes hard
Unless Congress acts, $1.4 billion in funding will be lost.

Cuts to the Medicare program totaling more than $1.4 billion will automatically take effect tomorrow unless Congress takes action. These Medicare cuts, amounting to 10 percent, will have a direct impact on America's nursing homes, which care for our frailest elderly.
